YOGA PRENATAL Y MASAJE
During pregnancy many women go through times of many changes and tensions both physical and mental. Prenatal Yoga focuses on seeking a better quality of life in this phase, offering sequences of movements and breathing techniques, in order to increase strength, relaxation and flexibility.
With this treatment we manage to improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety; decrease back, head and leg pain; reduce the risk of preterm birth and intrauterine growth restriction, and also prevents flaccidity.
